Aguçar os sentidos, provocar novas experiências gustativas em ambiente informal são alguns dos ingredientes de sucesso do Quintal (liberdade de espaço) do Talho (casa onde se vende carnes em Portugal), restaurante recém-inaugurado em Vinhedo que tem caído na graça dos apaixonados por carnes e por aqueles que não dispensam uma novidade.

Sob o comando atento dos amigos e sócios, Augusto Terra e Mariana Cunha, o local explora com maestria os melhores e mais valorizados cortes de carnes em grelha, a parrilla, onde recebem apenas o calor da brasa, preservando assim, o sabor especial de cada corte, em seus mais variados pontos de cozimento.

Com a filosofia de valorizar o fornecedor local e utilizar alimentos frescos em seu preparo, o menu semanal traz três opções variadas entre clássicos da gastronomia e cortes diferenciados. Já no final de semana, o leque é ampliado, com diversas opções de cortes e acompanhamentos, como o apreciado Bife Ancho, Assado de Tira com certificação Angus ou o Salmão da casa.

Outro destaque do local são as noites temáticas, denominadas ‘Confrarias do Talho’, que combinam workshops e degustações personalizadas, e festivais como a Noite do Hambúrguer regado a cervejas artesanais; ou jantares típicos, inspirados em cozinhas regionais e internacionais.

Um pouquinho do que é produzido no Quintal do Talho está à disposição no Empório do restaurante. Embutidos como linguiças artesanais, bacon, bresaola e nuggets, além de condimentos, temperos e conservas em geral são feitos nos próprio restaurante e uma boa opção de compra e formas de presentear com estilo.

Quem não dispensa um doce, vai adorar a releitura de alguns quitutes de antigamente, como o bom doce de banana flambado regado a Jack Daniel´s e sorvete de creme. Para bebericar, a casa oferece toda a linha Bamberg, microcervejaria artesanal premiada em todo o mundo, com destaque ao Chopp Weiss; além de drinks exclusivos como Clericot do Talho, leve combinação de frutas e vinho branco.

As crianças também têm um cardápio exclusivo, em uma junção de sabor e nutrição saudável, tudo artesanal e sem conservantes.
