Frango com crosta de queijo e vinagrete especial

A gente adora #ComfortFood. Cheirinho de infância que remetem a momentos especiais e a dica de hoje segue bem este conceito.

Não é nada complicado a gente transformar o franguinho simples em um prato mais caprichado e saboroso.

Para o frango podemos usar qualquer parte, desde que desossada. Neste caso utilizei a sobrecoxa que é cheia de sabor.

  • 700g de sobrecoxa sem pele e sem osso;
  • 2 colheres de sopa de maionese;
  • 1 colher de sopa de mostarda;
  • Sal e pimenta a gosto;
  • 1 xícara de queijo ralado em ralo grosso (parmesão, muçarela, prato ou o que for do agrado);
  • 1/2 xícara de granola salgada (pode substituir por biscoito cream cracker triturado);

Tempere os pedaços com sal e pimenta, coloque a mostarda a maionese e deixe descansar por 30 minutos. Disponha o frango em uma assadeira, espalhe metade da granola ou do biscoito, jogue todo o queijo e por cima coloque o restante da granola. Se quiser acrescente um pouco de cheiro verde ou orégano. Leve ao forno pré aquecido e asse por uns 40 minutos à 200º.




  • 2 tomates maduros;
  • 1/2 pimentão amarelo;
  • 1/2 cebola;
  • 1/2 xícara de castanha do brasil picada;
  • sal, pimenta e azeite a gosto;
  • alecrim desidratado;
  • romã (opcional);

Retire as sementes do tomate e corte em cubinhos, faça o mesmo com o pimentão e cebola, junte tudo e tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto.Se quiser dar um toque exótico e especial pegue sementinhas de romã (pode ser metade da fruta) e em um bowl (potinho) coloque azeite, aproximadamente umas 4 colheres de sopa e bata bem com um fuê ou garfo. Coloque no vinagrete peneirando para não cair sementes. Se não quiser usar romãs pode apenas colocar o azeite. Por último acrescente as castanhas e uma pitada de alecrim desidratado.
