Finocchi croccanti

Finocchi croccanti significa erva doce crocante. Comum para os italianos este gratinado é bem diferente para nós brasileiros. Quer aprender? É bem fácil e super saudável. Confira abaixo:

 

ERVA DOCE GRATINADA

Ingredientes:

  • 1 talo de erva doce;
  • sal;
  • 80g parmesão ralado;
  • 80g de farelo de aveia OU farinha de rosa;
  • 5 colheres de sopa de azeite OU 80g de manteiga;

Modo de preparo:

  • Esquente uma uma panela com água e uma boa pitada de sal;
  • Lave a erva doce, retire as potas e corte ao meio, e novamente ao meio no sentido longitudinal;
  • Cozinhe ela até ficar bem macia, por aproximadamente 20 minutos;
  • Tire-as da água e acomode em um refratário;
  • Jogue uma pitada de sal sob as ervas doces e regue-as com azeite ou a manteiga derretida. Hoje utilizei o azeite;
  • Misture o queijo ralado com o farelo ou farinha de rosca. Aqui utilizamos o farelo de aveia para ficar mais leve e saudável. Cubra os pedaços de erva doce com a mistura;
  • Leve para gratinar em forno médio (180 a 200ºC) por aproximadamente meia hora.
