Celebre outubro conosco, Die Wiesn #OnTap

Do casamento do príncipe da Bavária Luwig com a Therese em 1810, surgiu uma das maiores festa do mundo: a Oktoberfest, em Munich, que ocorre anualmente nas duas ultimas semanas de setembro e na primeira de outubro.

A festa mudou de formato, em alguns períodos não aconteceu, mas sempre foi regada a muita cerveja. No começo era uma cerveja marrom, mais encorpada,  que ao longo dos anos foi ficando um pouco mais clara, prevalecendo o malte, e muito fácil de ser bebida.

Hoje em dia muitas cidades no mundo têm sua festa do chope neste período do ano, e pensando nisso nós resolvemos trazer esta tradição da cidade de Munich para Votorantim, não a Oktoberfest, mas a cerveja da festa.

O local onde acontece a festa chama-se Theresienwiese, mas a população de Munich chama carinhosamente este local de Die Wiesn, e foi justamente este o nome escolhido para a cerveja do estilo Oktoberfest da Bamberg.

A Bamberg Die Wiesn será uma cerveja sazonal, lançada todo ano no dia que começa a Oktoberfest de Munich .

Análise sensorial:

  • Visual: coloração âmbar, cristalina, com boa formação e persistência na espuma.
  • Aroma: o malte domina com casca de pão, caramelo, frutas secas, biscoito, mas o lúpulo também é notado com o tradicional floral dos Hallertauer.
  • Sabor: malte vem logo no começo com biscoito, caramelo, mas o lúpulo aparece não só com o amargo suficiente para equilibrar, mas também com agradáveis notas florais e em segundo plano cítricas.
  • Sensação na boca: corpo médio, carbonatação média.
  • Impressão geral: apesar de uma cerveja com corpo médio ela é refrescante e fácil de beber, devido ao longo tempo de maturação, essas características aumentam, principalmente a suavidade dos maltes, que são as grandes estrelas da cerveja.
  • Temperatura de serviço: 5°C a 8°C.
  • Harmoniza com: Comidas indiana e mexicana, presunto, salsicha, pizzas, burgers, etc.

Na Oktoberfest ela é servida em canecas de um litro, que são conhecidas como Mass, na Alemanha.

O rótulo é mais uma obra de arte do André Clemente, tem como personagem principal uma garçonete da Oktoberfest, é a nossa homenagem a elas que trabalham duro durante 3 semanas pra nos servir com muito chope, no fundo tem as cores da Bavária, azul e branco.

A Bamberg Die Wiesn está no Talho em garrafas de 600mL e em chope servidos em cauderetas de 350 ml ou canecas de 500ml

A pronúncia de Die Wiesn é “dii vize”, tive auxilio do meu amigo Herbert Schumacher pra esclarecer esta incógnita.
